Terra received her yoga teacher training certification at Sivananda Yoga Ashram in Grass Valley, California. Sivananda Ashram yoga teacher training is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance accredited program. Terra’s hero is Matthew Sanford, a paralyzed yoga teacher who teaches adaptive yoga to able bodied and disabled students, and who by his example demonstrates that limiting self-images can be transcended. | | “I love yoga and purposed in my heart to pursue it passionately, become a yoga teacher (accomplished at age 52!) and provide adaptive yoga classes that support our perfect bodies regardless of their size, age or issues."
